My stay at Hotel Lis Baixa was a mixed bag. While the central location made it easy to explore Lisbon, I found the room to be quite small and not very comfortable for two people. The staff were friendly and responsive, which improved my overall experience, but I struggled with the lack of space and amenities.

The room was extremely small and felt cramped with my luggage. I wished for more space to relax. Despite this, the cleanliness was commendable, and I appreciated the comfort of the bedding.

I enjoyed breakfast, which offered a variety of options, though it got quite busy at peak times. The on-site restaurant was decent and added to the convenience of dining without venturing far.

While the absence of common areas like a lounge was disappointing, I appreciated the quick housekeeping service and the availability of a restaurant on-site.

My stay at Hotel Lis Baixa was a mixed bag. The location is super convenient for exploring Lisbon, being just a few minutes from key sights. However, I found the room a bit cramped and the soundproofing could definitely use some work. The breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about.

The room was incredibly small, making it tough to move around comfortably. The bathroom was okay, but if you're looking for space, this isn't it. I also faced issues with luggage placement, as it was hard to stow my bags without disrupting the flow of the room.

The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. They really made me feel at home and were eager to help with whatever questions I had, which was a nice touch.

Being right in the heart of Lisbon is a huge plus! It was so easy to get to the metro and walk to all the major attractions. While the street was narrow and quaint, I did appreciate the convenience.

Breakfast had a good selection, though I wasn't blown away by the quality. I did enjoy the fresh pastries, but I wish there had been more variety.
Facilities

The hotel offered some handy amenities like housekeeping and an on-site restaurant, which I found convenient for quick meals. However, the lack of communal spaces to relax was a downside for me.

I had an overall great stay at Hotel Lis Baixa. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lisbon with easy access to public transport and tons of places to eat and shop. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. My only tiny annoyance was the breakfast rush; some days it was a bit crowded, but the food was always really good.

My room was clean and spacious by European standards, and I really loved having a balcony. The decor felt classy without being over the top, and I appreciated the lovely quote from Fernando Pessoa above the bed.

You can't beat the hotel's location! Just a short walk from Rossio Square and the Santa Justa Elevator. It felt safe and lively but not noisy, which was awesome for good sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lis Baixa. The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, I appreciated their cleanliness and the excellent water pressure in the shower. The breakfast offered a broad selection of items, but I noticed there could be a few more tables available during busy times.

I stayed in a superior room with a beautiful street view and found it to be very clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which contributed to restful nights, despite some minor sound issues due to the building's age. However, the room size was a bit smaller than I had hoped.

The reception staff were always helpful and went out of their way to assist, especially when my flight was canceled. They quickly helped me book a train, which eased my stress. I also appreciated their attentiveness during meals at the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance to many attractions but tucked away on a quieter street, allowing for a peaceful stay. This central location made it easy to explore the vibrant local areas without much hassle.

The hotel provides great amenities including room service and quick housekeeping. While the on-site dining was very convenient, I did wish for a bit more variety at breakfast. But overall, the facilities were well-kept and met my needs during my stay.

I had an overall enjoyable stay at Hotel Lis Baixa. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon, close to all the attractions without the noise of the main tourist roads. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the experience. However, my room was a bit small, and the breakfast got super busy after 8:30 AM, so I had to wake up early if I wanted to enjoy it without the rush.

I stayed in a mini double room with street view. While it was clean and well-stocked, the size was a bit cramped for my liking. The bathroom door had a strange gap, which made it feel like it didn’t shut properly, and the mirror would fog up from the steam. Not a huge deal, but definitely something to consider if you're looking for more space.

The staff were super friendly and responsive. I really appreciated their help, especially when I needed suggestions for dining spots. Check-in was smooth, and they were quick to assist with any queries I had. However, I was a tad disappointed they couldn’t accommodate an early check-in request I made via email beforehand.

The hotel is right in the center of the old town, making it so easy to walk to all the main sites. I loved how I could step outside and be just a few blocks away from major attractions like the Elevador de Santa Justa. Great spot for anyone wanting to explore Lisbon on foot.
Dining

The breakfast was decent, with a variety of options, including fresh pastries. Just a heads up, it gets crowded after 8:30 AM, so you might want to get there early. Didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner, but it was nice having the option on-site when I was too tired to go out.
Facilities

The hotel was well-kept and had nice common areas. I didn’t use the on-site dining much aside from breakfast, but having a restaurant in the lobby was super convenient. The housekeeping was efficient, always leaving my room in great shape after I returned from exploring.
